エンディング † 
エンディングの流れ †
Fallout3のエンディングは、全部で5つのパートに分かれている。このうちPart1とPart5は全てのプレイヤーで共通のナレーションになる。
- Part1:導入部。ナレーション固定
- Part2:クリア時のKarmaによって変化。（High/Neutral/Low）
- Part3:「プレイヤーがPurifierを起動する」「Sarah Lyonsが起動する」「Purifierが爆発するのを待つ」の3パターンで変化。
Purifierが爆発した場合、Part4は省略される。 - Part4:「Vialを導入した/しなかった」で変化。
- Part5:エピローグ。ナレーション固定。

Part1 †
Valut 101から旅立った孤独な放浪者は、父を探し求めた。父はかつて人類の未来を救うことに己の全てを捧げた。自分の子の未来と引き替えに。
Part2 †
Karmaが高い
The Capital Wasteland は残酷で荒れ果てた場所であった。 しかし一人の放浪者が、悪に立ち向かうことを人々に主張した。 価値観は父から子へ受け継がれる。
無欲、哀れみ、敬意。
高貴な精神は数え切れない勝利と試練によって導かれたのだ。
Karmaが低い
The Capital Wasteland は残酷で荒れ果てた場所であった。・ そして一人の放浪者が決定的に悪に屈しなければならないことを知らしめてしまった。
自己中心、欲望、残虐性。
彼の精神は数え切れない勝利と試練によって失われてしまった。
Neutral Karma

Part3 †
プレイヤー死亡
しかし、まだ終わってはいない、孤独な放浪者は偉大なる善行(Project Purity発動のこと)の真の意味を知る。
・・・・・犠牲。
放射能に犯されたProject Purityの制御室に足を踏み入る。
子は父の道を辿る・・・・・。
人類の為、子は自らを犠牲にする・・・・・。
プレイヤー生存
しかし、まだ終わってはいない、孤独な放浪者は偉大なる善行(Project Purity発動のこと)に直面する。
・・・・・犠牲。
しかし子は父が自ら示した道を辿らなかった。その代わりに真の英雄(Lyonの娘)に放射能に犯されたProject Purityの制御室を任せる。
人類の為に彼女は自らを犠牲にした。
Project Purity爆発
しかし、まだ終わってはいない、孤独な放浪者は偉大なる善行(Project Purity発動のこと)に直面する。
・・・・・犠牲。
しかし子は父が自ら示した道を辿らなかった。

Part4 †
Player doesn't side with Eden
ありがいたいことに、邪悪な大統領に彼の道具になるかどうかの選択の時、放浪者は拒否した。
人類の欠陥も、守る価値があるものだと考えた。 生命の水はついに・・・自由で純粋になった。全てのために。
The Capital Wastelandは遂に・・・・守られた。
Player sides with Eden
不幸なことに, 邪悪な大統領に彼の道具になるかどうかの選択の時、放浪者は賛成した。
人類は保存しなければならない、しかし純粋なものだけだ。
生命の水はついにながれた。
・・・・・しかし中にはウイルスが含まれている、守る必要の無い不純な物は直ぐに滅亡した。.
The Capital Wastelandはその発展も虚しく、墓場となってしまった。
Part5 †
こうして、塞がれた厚いVault101のドアを越え、伝説となった一人の放浪者の話は終る。. しかし人類の物語はここで終結したわけではない、人類は生きるためにあがく・・・・そう、戦いである。
そして戦い・・・そう、戦いは変わることは無い・・・・。
